2. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by a service provider (host) in Germany/the EU. The host processes personal data on our behalf; a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. When the website is accessed, the server automatically records information in so-called server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type). This data serves the technical provision, security and stability of the service. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, error-free operation). Log files are stored for a limited period and then deleted.

3. Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, phone number where applicable, subject and message) is processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). Your data is used solely to process your enquiry and is not shared with third parties. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies & tracking

This website does not set any cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and uses no tracking technologies. Only technically necessary data required to operate the website is processed. No consent is required for this, and no cookie banner is shown.

5. No external services

No external services are embedded. Fonts, scripts, stylesheets, icons and images are served exclusively from our own server. No data is transmitted to third-party providers (e.g. Google Fonts, CDNs, map or analytics services).

6. TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS). You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
